Promedica24 has been operating in the UK for over ten years, time in which it has supported over 1,700 families to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes. In one year alone, Promedica24’s carers have provided over 54,000 days of care to people across the country.

Chris White-Smith, Regional Partner at Promedica24, commented:

“As homecare providers, we have seen first-hand, how challenging the process of hospital discharge can be for families, often compounded, by the lack of readily available information and support. Our partnership with Myra empowers caregivers and families with the tools they need to arrange informed, advanced decisions about their loved ones’ post-op care needs.

At Promedica24, we are proud to be part of this innovative solution that could reduce discharge delays and simplifies access to live-in care services, helping older adults return home safely and maintain their independence. We have strong carer availability, and can act at pace, to support discharge teams in freeing up capacity with fast track, and safe, returns home”

Angela Knox, Head of marketing at Myra, commented:

“Myra is a support hub for caregivers and families, especially during crucial moments like hospital discharges. Partnering with Promedica24 ensures that users not only receive critical information but also gain access to trusted care services that can make a real difference in their lives.
